On January 4, Provincial Committee of Chinese Communist Youth League (CCYL) and China Development Bank ("CDB") Henan Branch conferred plates to the first "Industrial Bases for Rural Youths in Henan Province". A total of 16 project promotion units were named and conferred plates in the ceremony. The plate-conferring is a specific measure for further promoting "Industrial Program for Rural Youths in Henan Province".

After plate-conferring ceremony, CCYL Provincial Committee and CDB Henan Branch will investigate, review and demonstrate the projects in the first 16 named "Industrial Bases for Rural Youths in Henan Province" and grant the first batch of credit fund to support promotion of the projects. Industrial unions will be set up in accordance with the operation mode of "Corporation+Bank+Association+Farming Household" to expand operation scale, drive local farmers to prosperity and meanwhile foster a group of villages with special industries.

According to introduction, "Industrial Program for Rural Youths in Henan Province", as a measure to deepen implementation of "Construction Campaign of 100 Villages by Henan Youths" and assist rural youths to open and develop businesses, will enlist 160 industrial projects, among which 102 are engaged in husbandry, 56 in plantation and 2 in other industries and 80% of which are leading enterprises.
